Steve provides a unique insight into Challenge's operations and management as a father of a teenager with cancer. He has experienced first-hand the impact Challenge has on the family unit. In 2003 Steve joined the Board hoping to assist other families going through a similar journey. He helped form the Dads' Ultimate Challenge (DUC) Club which is a program specifically aimed at providing a support network for dads.
