Le domaine Fleury est ancré depuis 1895 à Courteron, au cœur de la Champagne méridionale, dans la Côte des Bar, sur les coteaux argilo-calcaires formés au kimméridgien par les premiers affluents de la Seine.
L'aventure de la biodynamie donne un sens à la passion familiale du métier de vigneron, respectueux du patrimoine naturel et vivant de son terroir, dont il apprend sans cesse, en toute humilité, à percevoir l'équilibre et à transmettre les mystères.
