Through our Coaching Players 2 Managing People (CP2MP) program, we educate coaches on the difference between coaching players (being an assistant) and managing people (running an organization) while optimizing their success on the administrative and business sides of sports.
The CP2MP program empowers coaches to put their staff in the best position to succeed, while they understand how to plan effectively and create their team identity in building a successful CHAMPIONSHIP environment.
