Character Building Season (CBS) is a comprehensive character development program organized by the Department of Cadreization under the Informatics Student Association (Himatif FMIPA Unpad) at Universitas Padjadjaran. Designed as a foundational stage in the student leadership pipeline, CBS helps new students of Informatics to explore their academic environment, build essential soft skills, cultivate organizational and professional awareness, and foster social responsibility. Through CBS, participants are guided to grow into future leaders who are not only intellectually capable but also uphold integrity, care for their community, and contribute meaningfully to the organization and society.
