Before founding this Group, Derek Kinnear and William Klopfer Jr. were both Senior Associates at a nationally ranked real estate investment firm. During their tenure there, they realized the need for a more agile and responsive business model that would also provide the personalized brokerage experience needed to better meet the needs of their clients. Along with this customized approach, they wanted to provide the same comprehensive national database of qualified buyers and marketing exposure that a large brokerage firm would offer. But, unlike many of the national brokerage firms, it was important that they create an environment of teamwork, where all members work toward the same goal-satisfying the needs of their clients first!
Our team members have detailed knowledge of specific markets that provide home buyers and investors with a wider geographic range of purchasing opportunities. This focus allows us to provide services for clients locally, as well as for those with a state wide presence.
