Charlton Toy Library is a Registered Charity set up in 1982 by a group of parents and carers who met on a regular basis with their children. They took turns in running it from their own homes.
We are a local charity providing Stay and Play and toy loan sessions and an Outreach project supporting some of the most vulnerable families in the Greenwich Borough.
We have our own dedicated premises within Charlton House and are run by a voluntary Management Committee which includes current and former Toy Library members.
We are open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and the first Saturday of each month (9:30 am – 12:30 pm) during term time only (closed on school holidays).
