Inspired by the motive of “সুপ্ত স্বত্তায় প্রাণের সঞ্চারণ ” Charulata outset its journey on” 8th April 2011from the motivation of a group of young. Charulata is a non-profitable, non-political, Secular, and social welfare organization. Charulata has been serving dedicatedly for the underprivileged people of the society since its commencement.
Although Charulata was founded based on a few particular objectives, Charulata believes that the liberation of the human soul is entirely impossible without the light of education. To provide the underprivileged children with light of education, charulata launched চারুলতা বিদ্যাপীঠ, a completely free educational institution. Besides free education, charulata also offers free educational materials among its students. Furthermore, Charulata provides free medical treatment to distressed people, solves different social problems, adopts initiatives to raise mass awareness, and adopts additional policies to solve national issues.
Including numerous social welfare activities charulata arranges distribution of winter clothing and new clothes during Eid and Durga puja among the distressed people to bring happiness to their impoverished life. Moreover, Charulata also extends its hand to the ruinous people after a disaster. On the whole, charulata contributes to developing a better society by participating in the social welfare program in every stage of civilization.
Our activities:

• To supply free learning materials and scholarships to underprivileged students of different classes.
• To provide free medical treatment and winter clothing to distressed.
• To introduce culture of our society among underprivileged children by arranging different competitive programs on additional national days.
• To render help to distressed people during natural disasters.
• Adopt various policies and participate in multiple social welfare programs to raise mass awareness.
