LE CHÂTEAU DES AGNEAUX
In the 16th century, the Château was once a farm where lambs were raised. Over the years, the estate became noble, and the farming disappeared. This is when the magnificent Château des Agneaux was born as we know it today, preserving heritage with its name: des Agneaux.
To the right, at the end of a lawn of tender green, stands the Château des Agneaux. A long tree-lined alley leads to it. Along the way, you can still see the remains of the old surrounding walls and moats, once filled with water. To the left, the buildings of the former farm still exist, then the Château stands isolated on a lawn below, which used to be a pond. Behind, the water feature and its canal still remain, where water from a now-vanished abundant fountain once flowed.
