CHELO - Children of Hout Bay Education and Learning Opportunity
We aim to support one child per grade level in the bursary program facilitated by Hout Bay International School (HBIS).
CHELO is a Non-Profit Organisation rated B-BBEE Level 1 associated with Hout Bay International School (HBIS).
We are a group of parent volunteers, who work in cooperation with our school to provide children from previously disadvantaged communities in Hout Bay with a world-class education.
