proprietorship. In 2013 the company transitioned to a shareholding
company with all shareholders being family members.

• Importing and distributing Food Additives and Ingredients to Food &
Beverage manufacturers.
• Importing and distributing chemicals to Paper Making Mills.

some of which we are sole agents and authorized distributors.
