As we had been very successful in meeting the expectations of our customers pertaining to above activities in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery consistently, we have ventured into developing Jigs, Fixtures, Press Tools, Rubber Molds, Die Casting Dies as well, by 2013. Our aim is to become a one stop shop that provides a total solution for customers by helping them right from the tool design to production of parts
Our Services:
1. Manufacture and Repairing of Plastic Molds, Press Tools, Die Casting Dies, Compression Molds. – We manufacture tools and dies for sectors like automotive, medical, safety devices, electrical, food products.
2. Modifications and Repairing of Current running tools is a challenge that seldom toolmakers take up. We pride in saying that we have so far being able to solve all queries that our customers have come to us with.
3. Prototypes – We manufacture prototype molds suited for our in house customized molding machine, which helps our customers in understanding the production feasibility and challenges that they could face in injection molding. The molds made for this purpose is far cheaper compared to conventional molding machines and at the same time, gives exactly the same results as those observed in conventional molding machines.
4. Injection Molding Production Services – We also provide production of plastic parts using our in-house machine and the facility available with our business partners.
