The Cherkasy Regional Development Agency (ARR) is a non-profit, non-communal institution that was founded in 2016 as a tool for the effective implementation of state regional policy in the Cherkasy region, the development of certain areas of the region (including communities), and the attraction of investments and financial resources.
The main objective of the Agency is to promote and organize the development of the Cherkasy region, communities and their infrastructure, and the appropriate pooling of organizational and financial resources for this, which originate both from the territory of the region and beyond its borders.
