Cheshire Equestrian Surfaces is the trading name of AC Tyres Ltd, a tyre recycling company established in 2008, Since 2019 we have invested heavily in the best Equestrian Rubber Chip recycling machinery so we can produce a market-leading Premium Equestrian Rubber Chip from waste tyres.
Our facility uses several overband and drum magnets to separate any steel from the rubber chip, we also use a powerful air transport system to remove the finer materials like nylon and fluff.
