Chicago Johnnys

From classic Chicago staples such as our Olive Oil Giardiniera and Italian Beef Gravy Seasoning to inspired classics like our Sweet Southern Honey Molasses Barbecue Sauce and Perfect Pizza Seasoning, Chicago Johnny's is the culmination of Josh Downey. A Chicagoland native, Josh grew up peaking around his family while cooking in the kitchen. While his uncles were watching sports in the front room Josh was in the kitchen learning what he could from his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. Making Italian sausage with his father and grandfather (and brother, uncles, aunt, cousins....) Josh learned from the age of about 5 what it was like to gather around and make food as a family. Chicago Johnnys is the culmination of Josh working in the kitchen for over 30 years in an Italian/Irish/Chicago family.
