The Kenyan Child Destiny Foundation was founded in 2013 with the purpose of improving the living conditions of single mothers and their children with disabilities in the Kibera slum.
Most of the founding members have a disabled child themselves and therefore know exactly what measures need to be taken to better their situations.
In order to ensure the funding of the work done in Kenya, the Austrian association to support Child Destiny was founded in 2014.
