Children of Watamu is a UK-registered charity (No. 1098731) dedicated to supporting Happy House Children’s Home in Watamu, Kenya. Since 2010, Happy House has been more than a home – it’s a family where children who have been orphaned, abandoned, or abused find love, care, and the opportunity to thrive.
Founded by Sue and Dave Hayward, Happy House has provided a safe, nurturing environment for vulnerable children, helping them grow into confident, empowered members of society. Sue’s legacy lives on in every smile, every moment of joy, and every success achieved at Happy House.
