The China Center is a multidisciplinary center, devoted to research and training, established with the aim of enhancing skills and knowledge gained over the years by researchers of the University of Macerata, in various fields and sectors related to China. Law, economics, politics, international business are some examples of the treated subjects.
For years UNIMC, relying on the heritage of Matteo Ricci, have been conducting research, producing cultural events, organizing conferences and meetings, applying for national and European calls on issues typical of the social sciences and humanities, which have as a focus China. Particular attention is given to companies that need to be supported in order to develop of internationalization strategies and global expansion.
The China Center, together with the Confucius Institute, want to collect and order, in a single container, the many activities concerning China conducted by the University, in order to create an up to date network constantly expanding.
