With the basic ideology of starting Ganesh Utsav by Lokmanya Tilak for uniting people and to bring about Swarajya local residents of Chinchpokli established Chinchpokli Sarvajanik Utsav in 1920.
Chinchpokli Sarvajanik Utsav Mandal is steadily inching towards its Centenary year this mandal is well known for having the largest area as the resident area and with about
5000 Varganidars 12 Members in Core Committee 103 Karyakarini Sadasyas and over 1000-2000 sahayyak sadasyas the mandal is known for its unity which has brought this mandal to this level.
With the grace of Lord Chintamani and Goddess Aaibhavani Chinchpokli Sarvajanik Utsav Mandal has been at the forefront in the field of Social Service by the means of Public Festivals. Chinchpokli Sarvajanik Utsav mandal has always walked the path of humanity with its commendable contribution in the field of Education, Health etc. Mandal over its journey of past so many years has celebrated Ganeshotsav, Navratrotsav, National Festivals, while carrying out Medical camps, health check ups at reasonable rates, Nursery School for toddlers, library, reference library etc.
