The Chinese Red Cross Foundation (CRCF) is a national public fundraising organization registered through the Ministry of Civil Affairs as an independent corporation, though it is still under the administration of the Chinese Red Cross Society
CRCF is ranked as one of the six 5A, the best rank, non-profit organizations in China, because of its energetic team-work, creative program design and implementation, and fast growing developments to help the minorities under the guideline of Red Cross Society.
CRCF annually hosts 2 major charity programs. One is the “Angle Program”, a medical-aid program, and the other is the “Fraternity Program”, a study-aid program. Both programs were first launched in 2005 and the “Angle Program” was awarded the China Charity Prize in 2008 due to its wide-spread influence and its extraordinary performance, which distinguished it from other similar programs.
