Kansas City is a caring community. Many people want to get involved to solve this problem, but don’t know where or how to participate.
At the same time, several groups have been working diligently in specific areas, but there’s been no unifying effort to join forces and attack the problem of violence from multiple angles.
The intent of this initiative is to:
Identify the organizations that are best suited to deliver targeted support.
Create awareness and a sustainable system of volunteer and financial support for each of these organizations.
Hold these organizations accountable for delivering measurable results.
Create a unified force to reduce violence and enhance the quality of life in KC.
