Chris Cakes Northwest has the northwest's only professional pancake flippers we have flipped close to 100,000 pancakes all across the Northwest and even Canada! Our unique process allows one flipper to feed both large and small groups extremely fast and efficiently. With our special pancake machine, we can make 52 pancakes every 2-3 minutes and feed up to 300 people per hour. Our signature pancake mix combines wheat, buttermilk, and wheat germ in the recipe. Chris Cakes pancakes are actually quite healthy...until you slather them with butter and syrup!
