Chrysallis Wellness Center is committed to providing Southwest Florida with a treatment environment that bridges the behavioral, social and spiritual needs of the community with caring, sincere and whole hearted services. Our treatment programs and services are diverse, trauma informed and community based. Chrysallis Wellness Center treatment are available to all regardless of race, creed, gender, economic status, sexual orientation.
