Chung Cheng High School (Branch) (中正分校/CCHB) was established in Singapore in January 1939. The school was named after the General Chiang Kai Sek. In August 1947, part of the school moved from its original campus on Kim Yam Road to Goodman Road and became Chung Cheng High School (Main), while the remaining school at the Kim Yam Road campus continued to operate as Chung Cheng High School (Branch). CCHB was first relocated to Guillemard Road in May 1969. Before moving to a new campus on Yishun Street 61 in 2006, the school operated at two campuses, the Guillemard Road site and the holding school on Sembawang Drive from 2003 to 2005. The school was officially renamed "Chung Cheng High School (Yishun)" in 2005 and the new campus was declared open by Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Singapore Minister for Education and Second Minister for Finance, on 30 June 2006.
