In the former hunting grounds of Richard the Lionheart, we continue the winemaking tradition of the Cahors region with great respect at our estate in Gineste. This tradition has been rooted here since the Roman Empire.
With the Malbec grape, we rely on the AOP-certified variety, known for its remarkable expression.
Our winery follows strict organic standards, and our handpicked wines are aged in barrels, staying true to ancient craftsmanship. Instead of focusing on high-yield young vines, we cultivate mostly vines that are over 40 years old, covering nine of our total eleven hectares. This gives the wines a strong, distinct character. Thus, the quality and heritage of our vineyards remain at the heart of our work.
