C.I.Agent is a dry granular patented formula specifically blended to encapsulate ALL petroleum-based liquid spills through rapid transformation forming a cohesive rubber-like mass upon contact. Unlike absorbents that soak up a liquid through expansion, C.I.Agent solidifies the liquid through a process called micro-encapsulation, transforming only the hydrocarbon liquid to a solid removable mass with minimal volumetric increases.
