Greetings from CII Model Career Centre (CII MCC)
One of the main challenges faced by the Industry is sourcing talent, particularly at the base level (Grey or blue collared) / frontline / entry-level.
CII has established the Model Career Centre (MCC) to provide a solution to the Industry for sourcing and cost-effective hiring. The CII MCC has a pan-India presence & operations to source the manpower as per industry requirements and job description.
CII MCC provided Career Counseling to over 4.5 Lac youth and placements to over 1.45 lacs candidates in 5,900 industry members, in the last 3 years. CII MCCs out-reach to job seekers and the hiring for the industry has been made easier and smooth with access to the job seekers from across India.
CII MCCs source candidates as per the job openings, undertake and Career Interest Assessment to map the fitment of the candidate, provide career counseling and pre-employment prep sessions so as to prepare the candidates as per the requirement of the companies. This enables a very focused selection of candidates to meet the job vacancies, thereby reducing the time and the cost of hiring. We have more than 19 Lacs youth (active job seekers) registered with us, who can be linked to jobs across India.
