Located in the center of Western Canada’s Mining Community, we are a mining industry hub with several mining equipment & service suppliers, consultants, academia, and operators based in the region.
Edmonton is home to several universities and colleges which are a foundation of innovation and a talent pool for the Canadian mining industry. We encourage our younger generation to attend events, participate in the branch executive, network with industry, and discover what CIM has to offer.
Our branch holds monthly networking events to engage our mining community, allowing a space for socialization, networking, and keeping up to date with the latest developments in all facets of mining , technology and industry trends.
