Usiamo bottiglie confezionate e numerate a mano per spumanti integrali eleganti e non convenzionali. Sono bollicine di nicchia, che rispondono all’esigenza sempre più sentita del bere con leggerezza, senza zuccheri e solfiti per apprezzarne tipicità, profumi e digeribilità. Siamo produttori dalla fine del 1700. La nostra passione per i vini sui lieviti è legata al know how tramandato da generazioni. La prozia Itala Pizzolotto Guarda, nata alla fine del 1800 , ha riorganizzato la cantina in cui conserviamo quaderni di campagna e ricette meravigliose legate alla tradizione del vino FONDANTE INTEGRALE, originariamente prodotto secondo il metodo ancestrale.
The wines of Cima del Pomer celebrate the link between Venetian civilisation and the oenological tradition of Treviso, reflecting the knowledge of a fertile land rich in history and beauty. It is not just a matter of method, the rare method based on vinification on yeasts without disgorging, with which we make the wine "fondante integrale®️". We use packaged and hand-numbered bottles for elegant and unconventional whole sparkling wines. These are niche bubbles that respond to the increasingly felt need to drink lightly, without sugar and sulphites while appreciating typicality, fragrance and digestibility. We have been producers since the late 1700s. Our passion for yeast wines is linked to know-how handed down through generations. Great-aunt Itala Pizzolotto Guarda, born at the end of the 1800s, reorganised the cellar where we keep country notebooks and wonderful recipes linked to the tradition of FONDANTE INTEGRALE wine, originally produced according to the ancestral method.
