Further expanding its global footprint, Cimsa Building Solutions BV acquired Ireland-based Mannok Holdings in October 2024.
Çimsa, which develops new technologies that shed light on the future of the building materials industry in Türkiye through its first R&D Center, Formülhane—approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology—operates at the Mersin Plant, the only integrated facility in the world capable of producing gray cement, white cement, and calcium aluminate cement; has at the same time extended its innovation power to Europe through the Sabancı Technology Center located on the campus of the Technical University of Munich.
