Civik People is a non-profit social enterprise that helps refugees and humanitarian entrants secure sustainable employment with great employers. We do this by providing these new Australians with the coaching, support and training they need to: -Adjust effectively to the Australian workplace, optimising their talent for Australian employers -Achieve sustainable employment for themselves and their families, while progressing towards their career goals and aspirations. Our employer partners include some of Australia’s leading brands, including Ventia, Australia Post, Toyota and Accor Hotels and many others who aim to build a diverse, inclusive and stronger workforce.
