Civil Design Equilibrium (Pty) Ltd was established in 2017 by Aideen Theron and George Kustner.
The founding members first met when they studied together at the University of Cape Town. They
independently went on to develop complementary skill sets and experience in the transportation sector, having
fulfilled a variety of functions on both large and small projects.
This experience has resulted in a clear understanding of what is required to produce a professional service to
the highest technical standard. By combining their skill sets, they are equipped to lead Civil Design Equilibrium
to produce high quality and innovative solutions.
The company focuses on providing solutions in the transportation and urban development environment to
South African communities throughout the project lifecycle.
