Who We Are
Clara Kaesdorf is a fashion label based in Berlin, producing unique clothing and accessories since 2013.
Our Berlin creations are pieces of art that want to be worn; no matter if you search to stand out or if you just want to combine a special piece with your daily wardrobe: we create what you need!
The Designer
Designer Clara Kaesdorf studied Fashion Design in Berlin and won various fashion design competitions. She acquired experience working in the fashion capital of Antwerp and in Berlin. The brand has been exhibited several times at international Fashion Weeks in Berlin, Paris, London and Copenhagen.
Our Focus: in house designed prints combined with special cuts
For every collection we paint and design special prints. Combined with minimalistic and often extraordinary cuts our clothes are the perfect companions for everyday.
Materials and Sustainability
Special attention is paid to functionality and wearer comfort. We work with sustainable and ecological fabrics and collaborate with small European weaving mills.
At the moment our favorite material is Tencel/Lyocell. Tencel/Lyocell is a cellulose fiber that flows and shimmers silky. It is obtained from FSC certified woods and almost all solvents used for the production are reused. It is often seen as one of the most sustainable fibers at the moment.
Selected materials of our collection are purchased from surplus productions of high quality Italian brands.
Versatile Cuts
Many of our styles are adjustable. With a few simple touches they can be transformed for any situation. The wearer can choose up to six completely different silhouettes. For every occasion there is a different variant.
Meet Us
After many successful Pop-Up Shops in different cities we decided to open a studio/shop in the very centre of Berlin in 2014. Press and customers can get into contact with us at the showroom and see in person how their pieces are created.
