We are one of the leading experts in agile transformations and agile delivery, we believe in the importance of community and have been sharing our knowledge and expertise with the broader Project Management community. We have worked closely with both with PMI, AIPM as advisors and event speakers. However are particularly proud of help build Melbourne's agile community by helping set up Melbourne’s first agile Project Management Meetup Group in 2013. The meet up has currently got over 5200 Members.
Founded in 2014, our sole focus to support our customers to accelerate the delivery of their most critical projects and programs. Key services included Project, Program Management and overarching Project Delivery Assurance.
What made our delivery approach unique was two fold:
1) We targeted and reduced delivery risk for our clients achieved using agile delivery methods
2) We build organisational and people capability to ensure the delivery momentum was maintained after the delivery completed
Over time, our clients sought to replicate the same delivery risk reduction approach. Due to our delivery track record, we were asked to:
1) Support their 'leaders of leaders' and teams to implement agile delivery approaches
2) Assist with the recovery of agile programs and agile ‘ways of working’ implementations that weren’t delivering the expected value
3) Support the growth and professional learning for individuals and teams.
Since then, our focus has been on supporting large organisations transform as they scale and adopt more modern, agile and cyber aware ways of working.
