Claudia Münch is a Brazilian, from Rio de Janeiro who moved to Norway in 1999. She is one of the founders of Norwegian company Sorze4 AS, the largest importer of Brazilian Soluble Coffee to Norway and the largest retailer of green coffee beans.
The company's goal is to develop healthier, more sustainable and environmentally friendly products, free from genetically modified products (GMO) and without artificial additives.
The product line started with the development of a natural, prebiotic and low-calorie sweetener. Claudia is master in Nutrition with an emphasis on Obesity, Weight Loss and Eating Disorders.
