The Clayton offers private rooms in a 24-hour residential treatment program designed to maximize independence and support reintegration into the community. Our Recovery-oriented services utilize evidence-based practices to promote and foster mental health and wellness.
Clayton provides a structured and stabilizing environment, giving the consumer the opportunity to design a plan for recovery and practice the skills necessary for maximizing independence through meaningful activities. Each consumer is encouraged to create an individualized set of goals which highlight their personal interests and strengths.
Discharge planning begins as soon as a consumer arrives through early identification of strengths and needs. Our clinical staff partner with each consumer to plan the consumer’s transition back into the community, to practice what they have learned at The Clayton, and to support recovery of each person’s hopes, dreams and life roles.
