CLD Managers Scotland

Community Learning and Development Managers Scotland (CLD Managers Scotland) is a professional network for leaders and managers of local authority CLD in Scotland. The aims of the organisation are to: • Provide strong national leadership and a voice for the CLD local authority sector • Raise the profile of CLD through sharing practice and information • Influence the development and implementation of local and national policy • Ensure CLDMS is an effective, transparent and inclusive organisation • Improve the quality and extent of local authority Community Learning and Development provision. The objectives of the organisation are to provide a forum for the discussion and debate of issues of national importance related to the delivery and review of local authority Community Learning and Development provision.
