Our Mission is to provide a fun, painless, engaging and effective experience. Tamara Merens, LCSW utilizes Rapid Resolution Therapy, a gentle and effective therapy that uses multi-level (cognitive and sub-cognitive) communication to eliminate the ongoing effects stemming from painful experiences. Because the root causes of problems are pinpointed and cleared, and the conflict that was blocking the desired change is eliminated, positive changes endure. Negative emotions and destructive behavioral patterns are eliminated. There are significant and long-lasting improvements in thoughts, feelings and behavior.
