Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are offered by employers as a benefit to employees and their families to provide confidential counseling and supportive services on personal or professional issues that may be impacting work performance. Additionally, these EAP services provide critical-incident stress management following traumatic workplace events and on-site training for employees on an array of topics that will positively benefit wellness and professional health.
Student Assistance Programs (SAP) provide on-campus, short-term counseling support and referral for individuals who may be struggling.
Our experienced and dedicated therapists hold advanced social work degrees and are able to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of concerns.
Our EAP Services are set apart by being able to provide appointments quickly, access to a variety of therapists with different backgrounds and skills to best suit the particular need, and in-house access to psychiatry referrals. Office locations: Bath, Corning, Elmira, Ithaca, and Horseheads, NY. We are often able to set up telehealth counseling sessions for employees who do not live locally.
