Cloudland Coffee Company is a small batched coffee roaster founded in 2015 by our owner, Kristina Madh. Named after the beautiful Cloudland Canyon in our home state of Georgia, Kristina grew the business using the values important to her: Quality, Sustainability and Purpose. Why did she start this business? She loves coffee. It's as simple as that. Cloudland Coffee, started out as first as a cottage food business out of her house. About a year she moved the business to a commercial kitchen (Prep ATL) and grew the company into a commercial wholesale business. At Cloudland Coffee, our philosophy is SAVOR, SUSTAIN, SMILE. Through SAVOR, we are focused on providing our customers and clients high quality coffee that tastes consistently great so that maybe, you don't need to add all that sugar and milk. We want you be able to enjoy the coffee as naturally as possible. With SUSTAIN, we are focused on environmental and economic sustainability. All of our coffee is organic certified at origin and/or Rain Forest Alliance certified. We also try to source coffee that is Fair Trade certified. Additionally our 12oz retail packaging is made from materials that are recyclable and/or compostable. Finally SMILE. From seed to cup and further out to our community, we want to be good stewards. Through our Women Coffee Producer program, we seek out the possibility of working with women owned and operated farms/cooperatives. Closer to home, we do our best to see what we can do to help local charities and to support other fellow local small businesses. By integrating these values into our company to help our community and the world be a better place for the farmers, our employees and our customers, we hope that we will put a smile on your face.
