We advocate for liveable streets, and in particular urban renewal and improvement for Clovelly Road in Sydney.
The main thing we're after is more greenery (trees and plants) on the street. But also street furniture, street art and safe cycling infrastructure. To make the street more human.

HQ for us is Clovelly Road East Village - the area of shops near the Arden Street intersection and down to Beach Street. For about 60 years it's had no improvements to the streetscape. Only ever more traffic and gradual decline.
In 2013 we ran Sydney's first ever 'Better Block' - a one-day demonstration of how good the street could be.
Better Blocks transform a street for a day. The aims are to:
- bring the community together
- encourage people to re-imagine their street
- invite them to add their ideas
- show civic leaders the need for action
- get improvements made permanently
- inspire others to push for change in their street.
About 3000 people attended the event. You can see more about it via the links below.
In 2013 we also envisaged a green corridor from Centennial Park to the Pacific Ocean along Clovelly Road. (Greater tree coverage all the way and the shopping villages all along Clovelly Road transformed.)
