CMB Financial Leasing (Ireland) Limited ("CMBFLIL") was founded in Dublin, Ireland, in June 2016. It is the Irish aircraft leasing subsidiary of Shanghai-based CMB Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.("CMBFL").
CMBFL, founded in April 2008 in Shanghai, is the leasing arm of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. ("CMB"), one of the world's largest commercial banks, listed on both the Shanghai and Hong Kong Stock exchanges.
CMBFLIL and CMBFL are collectively called CMB Leasing.
