The story of NANO(XI’AN) Metrology starts from 2006 in XI’AN city, which is a company integrated with research, production and service with 50 million RMB registering capital. We are the supplier who is specialized in the development of measurement technology, CMM production and sales. Depending on advanced R&D technology and precise manufacturing techniques, we provide measuring and testing solution for such fields as aerospace, automobile manufacture, mold, ship and military industry. We are located in Xi’an National Civil Aerospace Base. The company has a total area of more than 3000 square meters, and its high standards of constant temperature (20 ± 0.5℃) workshop guarantees accuracy and stability of the products.
Our company follows the ISO9001 system to ensure the effectiveness, innovation and practice. From 2011 to December 2013, we change our strategy from working as an OEM to creating our own brand. Meanwhile, the company independently completed design and R&D of 4 series of CMM involving 20 models, the small batch trial production is also finished. Additionally, special CMM have been researched and developed, such technologies as CMM reformation turn to be formed. We have succeeded in qualifying more than 20 invention and practical patents.
In 2012, NANO(Dongguan) Metrology Co., Ltd was set up, which was specialized in R&D and manufacture of these measurement machines like video measuring machine, gear center , cylinder measuring machine, roundness measuring machine, Profile meter, optimeter and universal tool-measuring microscope.
In 2014, the company continued to enlarge production input for CMM and gear inspection center. So that production got large-scaled and techniques got standardized, and annual production capability reached 400 sets. And we have founded Consumer Center in some countries and foreign district.
