The major function of the Tribunal is to adjudicate on disputes and controversies arising under the Act on matters related to the interpretation of any enactment or regulations to which the Act applies and disputes among market participants. In determining process, the Tribunal shall ensure that there is a just and timely adjudication so that every market participant act according to statutory law. This also includes improving adjudication of capital markets disputes and controversies and enforcement of the Act so as to promote market integrity. However, the Tribunal shall have no criminal jurisdiction.
