Xiamen C&D Steel & Iron Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as “C&D Steel & Iron Group”) is an operational division specializing in steel supply chain under Xiamen C&D Inc. (600153.SH), which is a core member of Xiamen C&D Corp., Ltd., a Fortune Global 500.C&D Steel & Iron Group is a member of China Iron and Steel Association, and holds a vice-president level position in the decision-making structure of China National Association of Metal Material Trade. In 2024, the Group ranked first in the comprehensive list of Top 100 Steel Trading Enterprises Nationwide, and another first in terms of marketing capability and steel sales performance for the year.
The Group owns six limited companies, namely, Xiamen C&D Material Co., Ltd., Xiamen C&D Metals Co., Ltd., Shanghai C&D Material Co., Ltd., Cheongfuli (Xiamen) Co., Ltd., Xiamen C&D Mineral Resources Co., Ltd., and Xiamen C&D Steel Logistics Co., Ltd., as well as one departments for cement. Other operations divisions in the Group’s governance structure include C&D Ferrous Metal Research Institute, over 50 wholly-owned or joint venture domestic subsidiaries, over 50 domestic offices, eight overseas subsidiaries, and over 20 overseas offices.
The Group has built an integrated and comprehensive supply chain that covers the entire lifecycle, from raw material mining to finished steel products and recycling of resources, forming a closed loop. The strategic focus is to provide a suite of supply chain services branded as “LIFT” (logistics, information, finance and trading) for customers across all segments of the steel industry. In 2024, the supply chain business generated an annual operating revenue of 210 billion yuan. The volume of steel product trading was over70 million tons, and iron ore import over 40 million tons.
