Coach Itu Academy (CIA) was established in 2009 with the purpose of talent-nurturing, talent-finding and self-actualisation for youth who find it difficult to complete certain tasks which may require their talents, known and unknown. It is not only academically focused, but it seeks to drive the youth, and adults at some stages, to become better and stronger in the different disciplines under which they may fall. These may include public speaking and Debating. The Academy also offers Life Coaching services, with certification from the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
We set up coaching packages for schools, individual children and adults, businesses (corporates) in any area where they see a need. We train children to be MCs, keynote speakers, critical thinkers and extemporaneous presenters. Packages/deals are tailor-made with the intention to achieve the best results possible for individuals and schools as they wish.
