After developing a love of all sports at a young age, Ed wanted to embark on a career in the health industry. Since graduating from University with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Human Movement he has developed a holistic approach to health in order to better lifestyles and performance. Ed's skill sets include; lifestyle coaching, sport coaching, nutritional coaching and functional movement coaching.
Coming from a professional sporting environment has helped him appreciate the relationship and importance between preparation, performance and recovery in order to live a happy and successful lifestyle.
