I work with founders and leaders and, through coaching and mentoring, we nurture improvement. Using my extensive experience in the business world, in endurance sports and in the military, I help to promote a deep awareness, responsibility and personal development within my clients. This ultimately leads to greater resilience, better preparation for change and improves overall performance. With Coaching: The process evokes awareness and develops personal responsibility. I work in partnership with you on a journey which is forward facing. Through powerful questions we look to implement new learning and maximise your own performance. We work in the following areas: - Leadership - Self-awareness - Performance - Resilience - Strategy With Mentoring: I work closely with clients to improve knowledge, experience and decision making. I use my existing experience, skills, plus a coaching approach to develop a growth mindset which will help with both work and personal life. We work in the following areas: - Decision Making - Change - Mindset - Business Planning and Strategy - Developing High Performance Teams I will also work with individuals on a consultancy basis, as a board adviser, or as a Non-Exec. This is individually tailored to businesses and I find the following areas are a great place to start: - Business and senior leadership mindset - Business culture - Business and personal planning and strategy As a Non-Exec and Board Adviser, I add the following experience and skills to a board: - Leadership - Strategy Development - Financial Understanding - Customer Focused - Media Training My philosophy is to develop resilient mindsets, strong cultures, and defined business paths. Aside from the day job, you will find me stretching my leadership skills as a triathlon coach. I have also tested my own boundaries by completing numerous marathons, triathlons, two Ironman events, the Marathon Des Sables and an English Channel relay swim.”
