The “coaching” business is, at present, an unregulated one and there are numerous courses enabling individuals to become life/business/executive coaches. I have a doctorate in psychology which gives me a firm knowledge base in understanding behavioural change and personality styles. I am also a member of the British Psychological Society’s, Special Interest Group in Coaching Psychology.
My qualifications allow me to use psychometric assessments which are a fundamental part of the coaching process. These assessments identify the strengths already held, in addition to highlighting weaknesses which need to be worked on to achieve specific goals.
My training and educational background means that I will not just focus on goals and behaviour change. I also have the psychological understanding and experience to allow us to work together in order for you to develop an understanding of yourself and what may be holding you back from achieving your goals.
