We source our cocoa directly from female farmers, ensuring they receive fair recognition, income, and opportunity for the work they do. In an industry where women perform over 70% of the labour but receive just 20% of the income, we're here to change the narrative.
Founded by Sarah Payne, Cocoa Sisters was born out of a desire to combine purpose with action creating exceptional chocolate that supports the women behind every bean.
We believe that when women are supported, entire communities thrive. Through direct trade, storytelling, and shared values, we’re building a more sustainable and equitable future for cocoa – and inviting others to be part of the journey.
