The Coffee Club Consultancy evolved from running confidence-building workshops on the first floor of Costa Coffee in High Wycombe. Disabled out of service, the focus was on developing civilian career skills whilst rebuilding self-esteem and confidence.
When the program ended, the name was suggested for the consultancy I was setting up. Not the best name, but I liked it at the time, and it started many conversations.
Fast forward 12 months, I focused on winning impact assignments for learning transformations and sales improvement, as well as customer service team development.
Working with some major organisations and consultancies in the UK, US, UAE and North Africa.
